Karimah’s Kitchen offers classes for private parties consisting of at least five students interested in learning the trade of Lebanese cooking! Led by Karimah herself, each class features a hands-on learning experience in preparing an authentic Lebanese meal composed of three dishes from our menu. Students then get to indulge in the dishes they have prepared while enjoying some complementary wine tasting.
Classes cost $45 to $65 per person and include wine tasting and hard copies of the recipes to take home and practice with friends and family!

Cooking with Karimah
We are inviting you to a cooking class with Karimah on Wednesday, March 25th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Food Barn at the Farm at Eastman’s Corner.
Fattoush (our famous Lebanese salad tossed with our delicious homemade pomegranate dressing and freshly made pita chips).
Fatit Makdous (eggplant with tomato sauce over home made pita chips topped with yogurt and tahini sauce, garnished with fresh cilantro and roasted pine nuts).
Sayadiah (seasoned tumeric rice cooked with haddock topped with caramarlized onion and roasted pine nuts).
Tarator Sauce (tahini sauce with chopped parsley, pepper, and lemon juice).
We will finsih the class with a complementary piece of delicious baklawa and a cup of mint tea made with love by Karimah!
