Our Story – Made in NH. With Love.

Our story is as simple as our ingredients.  Karimah’s Kitchen started in… well, our kitchen!  As a mother of five and one of seven siblings myself, the kitchen has always been a busy place – a rendezvous for friends, family, and neighbors… and there is always something cooking.  It wasn’t long after moving to Exeter that our neighbors thought we ought to wake up and share the hummus!  So… the boys and I spent a late summer night boiling chickpeas, roasting eggplant and crushing garlic for our first Exeter Farmers’ Market.

Today we are in seven farmers’ markets, four farm stands, and over 5 retail locations along the Seacoast carrying our authentic Lebanese Food! Our Mediterranean dips and small plates, or “Mezzah”,  are made with locally sourced ingredients at our new home – the Farm at Eastman’s Corner.   Come see what’s cooking, schedule a Mezza night for you and your friends, or swing by the kitchen to say hi!
